Cary is first and foremost, a scientist. Driven by a thirst for knowledge, Cary is currently enrolled in an organic chemistry course on his way to biochemistry. His goals include understanding the biochemistry of muscle growth as well as other biochemical interactions in the human body.

From a young age I was in the gym training and learning. I have always been motivated to train hard and make progress. From football as a teen, to powerlifting and into bodybuilding I have always pushed myself to achieve greater goals. I love the fitness industry because of the multiple avenues and the endless knowledge you can accrue. I am constantly trying to learn and now have begun to try to educate. Being a national level bodybuilder and a record holding powerlifter, I have accumulated years of experience and knowledge. My goal is to share as much information as possible with as many people as I can reach and hopefully I can help people learn from my experience and mistakes.
I have a passion for helping people achieve their fitness and health goals. I offer an honest and straight forward approach to training. I take your goals personal and will do all I can to keep you accountable and push you to meet all your fitness milestones. I specialize in online training for competitors and general nutrition. I provide individualized programs to meet each client’s goals. By providing written instructions on nutrition, workouts, cardio, and supplementation, I will give you an exact road map assist you in achieving your fitness goals.
